Nova Management exists to make community life easier for boards and residents by pairing disciplined financial stewardship with day-to-day, people-first management. We’re headquartered in Franklin County, Ohio, and our approach was shaped by years of hands-on board service and professional accounting work.
“At Nova Management, we deliver comprehensive property management solutions tailored for HOA and condo communities. Our mission is to elevate living environments through dependable administration and responsiveness—ensuring peace of mind for boards, residents, and stakeholders alike.”
Nova Management started with a simple observation: communities thrive when finances are clear, governance is consistent, and communication is timely. Drawing on deep accounting experience and real-world board service, we built a management model that emphasizes accountability, compliance, and practical support so that boards can focus on policy and planning while we handle the moving parts.
Founder
My name is Jonathon Howard, and I bring over 25 years of experience in accounting, tax services, and community association management. Originally from Columbus, Ohio, I am a proud graduate of The Ohio State University with a degree in Accounting.
I am both a Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) and an Enrolled Agent (EA) federally licensed by the IRS, which allows me to represent taxpayers in all matters before the Internal Revenue Service. These credentials reflect my commitment to upholding the highest standards of financial integrity, compliance, and service.
In addition to running a successful accounting and tax firm, over the years I have served on several HOA and community boards, providing me with practical insight into the day-to-day challenges of property and community management. I bring a balanced perspective—combining deep financial expertise with a hands-on understanding of community operations.
Whether it’s budgeting, financial reporting, board consulting, or strategic planning, I’m dedicated to helping communities run smoothly, transparently, and effectively.
Clear financials and well-documented actions.
